Understand Which Professional or Company Provides Each Service
The availability of coordinated professional resources is intended for client convenience. Each service remains subject to its own provider, licensing, engagement, compensation and compliance requirements.
General Separation Statement
Yo & Company, CPA provides tax, accounting, QuickBooks and business advisory services. Mortgage, real-estate, merchant-processing and legal services are offered through separately identified licensed professionals, companies or providers.
The availability of multiple professional resources is intended for client convenience. Clients are never required to purchase one service to receive another and may select any qualified provider.
Compensation Disclosure
Yo & Company, CPA, Sin Yo and/or an affiliated company may receive fees, commissions or other compensation in connection with certain mortgage, Clover, merchant-processing, software, financing or referral arrangements. Applicable compensation and relationships will be disclosed as required before the client enters the related transaction.
Mortgage Disclosure
Mortgage services are offered by Sin Yon Yo, Mortgage Loan Originator NMLS #1903930, through NEXA Mortgage, LLC, NMLS #1660690. Equal Housing Opportunity. Mortgage services are separate from services provided by Yo & Company, CPA. A client is not required to use NEXA Mortgage or any affiliated professional as a condition of receiving CPA, accounting or tax services.
Real-Estate Disclosure
Real-estate brokerage services are offered through Mi Ran Yo, Florida Real Estate Broker BK3051170, and LANDMARK REALTY LLC. Clients are not required to use LANDMARK REALTY LLC to receive CPA, tax, accounting or mortgage services.
Merchant-Service Disclosure
Clover and merchant-processing services are offered through a separately identified merchant-services provider or reseller arrangement. Processing approval, pricing, funding, equipment, contract terms and service availability are determined by the applicable provider. Yo & Company, CPA and/or an affiliated provider may receive compensation when a client selects certain products or services.
SBA Disclosure
Yo & Company, CPA is not the U.S. Small Business Administration and is not an SBA lender. The firm does not make credit decisions or guarantee loan approval. The firm’s role is limited to accounting, financial preparation, projections and application-package coordination under the applicable engagement.
Legal Disclosure
Yo & Company, CPA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services. Legal services are independently provided through the attorney and law firm identified on the website. Contacting Yo & Company, CPA does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support Disclosure
Forensic accounting and litigation support are accounting and financial-analysis services, not legal advice. Expert reports or testimony are provided only under a separate engagement and depend on professional competence, the evidence supplied, analytical methods and qualification by the applicable court or tribunal.
Receiver, monitor or neutral services are provided only under a written engagement or appropriate court appointment. Prior court-appointed experience does not imply future appointment, court acceptance or endorsement by any judge, court, governmental entity or public official.
CPA Independence and Professional Conduct
Before accepting commissions, referral fees or contingent compensation, the engagement must be reviewed for applicable CPA independence, professional-conduct and disclosure requirements. Prohibited compensation will not be accepted in connection with an attest engagement.
All final disclosures should be reviewed by the CPA firm, NEXA compliance, LANDMARK REALTY LLC, the merchant-services provider and legal counsel before launch.
